June 9th 2020 – Update

18G filter needles (1.5″)

Our 18G Sterile Filter Needle in 1.5″ lengths has been in high demand following the Covid-19 outbreak and our manufacturers have been working hard to get new stock available. Our replacement stock order has been pending since late April and we’re pleased to note that it should be with us in the next few days. All orders for these needles will be dispatched as soon as the stock has been received.

Backorder indication

This has highlighted some issues with the way the store indicates when items are only available on Backorder so we’ve made some adjustments to make it much clearer when items are not immediately available on the category, cart and checkout pages. This should remove any confusion and/or frustration noted previously.

Covid-19

As with all businesses worldwide we’ve been adjusting our working practices to allow for the necessary distancing and other measures introduced to reduce the risk of virus transmission. This has resulted in orders shipping on Mondays and Thursdays only. This is ongoing and will remain in place until further notice.
